Bright eyes trick

1. select the eyes with the Lasso Tool and Feather (CTRL+ALT+D) your selection.

2. Copy/paste this selection onto a new layer

3. Adjust the levels to make it brighter (make it brighter than a natural look).

You can replace this step by modifying the Brightness/Contrast (Bright=50/Cont=40).

4. Change the Layer Mode to "screen" and trim down the opacity down to 25-50 percent.

Keep it subtle, and don't try to turn the eyes color to pure white.
