1. Fill a new document with a light color.
2. >Filter>Render>Clouds on a new Layer.
3. >Image>Adjustments>Threshold to increase the contrast.
4. Select the Black area with the Magic Wand Tool (non-contiguous). 5. Hide the Clouds Layer.
6. Create a New Layer. 7. >Select>Modify>Smooth to soften the edges of the selection. 8. >Select>Modify>Expand to make the selction a bit bigger.
