Place this new texture Layer above the Logo.

Create a Layer Mask:

CTRL+Click on the Logo Layer.
- Select
the texture duplicate Layer.
- Click
on the Layer Mask button
 .
The
other option would be to Link the two Layers:
Hold the Alt Key and click
on the line between the 2 Layers on the Layers
Menu: The above Layer will only show where the
lower Layer has information... similar to a Layer Mask.

Change the Layer Mode to Overlay to
create the Highlights. |
