Ink Stamp
1. Type in your Text and Rasterize it (you can also use an image)
2. Select the Text (CTRL+Click on the Layer Menu)
3. Apply >Filter>Render>Clouds or paint white areas if you don't want a random result.
4. Add noise.
5. Blur
6. Adjust the Contrast/Brightness until you get a good looking stamp.
7. Select the black >Select>Color Range
8. Invert the selection (CTRL+SHIFT+I).
9. Delete
10. Apply >Filter>Noise>Median
