Create a new document and fill it with a color. |

| 2.
Select a corner with the Polygonal Lasso Tool. |
 |
| 3.
Delete this selection. |
 |
| 4.
Make a duplicate of this shape. |
 |
| 5.
Flip this shape Horizontally. |
 |
6.
Hide the Flipped layer.
7.
Hold CTRL and Click on the Flipped Layer on
the Layers Menu.

Select the Tag Layer and Delete the selection. |

Paste a circle on a new layer.
